TRACK MAINTENANCE/VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR O-CUP WKND SEPT 11 & 12

We are planning to do some Track maintenance over the next week/weekend.  Mike H. will be brinigng a list of all that needs to be done next weekend in preparation for the O-CUP Wknd.  There will also be a sign up list for anyone interested in helping out over the weekend with Corner Marshaling, pre-staging, information tables etc.  See Corie at the Registration Booth for more info and lists of tasks

FUNDRAISING - BOTTLE DRIVE

 We are doing a "BOTTLE DRIVE" - if you, your family, friends or neighbours have any beer bottles at home and wish to donate them towards KBMX fundraising, please drop them off on Monday or Wednesday nights at the Registration booth.  If it is possible and you can assist by dropping off bottles at your local beer store, it would be greatly appreciated.  You can drop off the "refund" at the Registration Booth.  THANKS in advance for your help!!

Booklets are available for purchasing Tupperware.  40% of the sales from the brochure go towards KBMX!!  Brochures are available from the Registration booth or Sarah Sutton.
